Reach the right firms without sounding like a mass mailing
Trust is the product. A letter from a firm has to be accurate, modest and clearly from a real person there.

Set boundaries first
The brief has a boundaries field. Write what must never be said: no guarantees, no outcomes, no named clients. The judge checks every letter against it and holds any that fail.

Approve while you are getting comfortable
Turn on approve-before-send for a campaign and every letter waits for you. Most firms turn it off once they trust the brief, but the choice is per campaign.

Use a real signature
Each mailbox has a sender name and signature, and a campaign can use its own. Letters end with the person, their firm and nothing else.

Your checklist
- Write the boundaries before anything else.
- Turn on approve-before-send at first.
- Use mailboxes in partners' real names.
- Review the first week by hand.
