Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-23. Effective 23 October 2026.

These terms are between you and the operator named on your invoice. You are the controller of the personal data you place in the service. You are solely responsible for your own compliance with privacy and marketing laws, including a lawful basis, notice to recipients, and honoring objections and data subject requests.

The service is a tool. It does not review your lists and it does not promise delivery or results. Your liability cap, and ours, is the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim. You indemnify us for your campaigns and your data. We may suspend or end the service for misuse or complaints.

Mailbox passwords and API keys are encrypted at rest. Access to customer data is limited to what is needed to run and support the service. Data is kept while your account is active and deleted 30 days after it ends. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your own data. We are not liable for data deleted under the settings you control or at your request.

If we learn of a breach that affects your account, we notify the account email without undue delay. We do not contact your recipients. Notifying your audience or an authority, where that is your duty as controller, stays with you.

Plans are monthly. You may close the account from Settings. Sending stops at once. You can reopen the account for 30 days by signing in. After that, the account and its data are destroyed. Governing law is Norway.
