Marketing agencies
Run outbound for every client from one account
An agency's problem is not sending. It is keeping ten clients' offers, voices and lists apart while one person watches all of it.

Give each client a campaign, not an account
A campaign in StackOutreach holds its own brief, its own sequence, its own audience and its own senders. Put the client's product, proof, boundaries and signature in the brief, and every letter in that campaign writes from it. The next client's campaign never sees it.

Keep senders apart with groups
Make one mailbox group per client and pick that group under the campaign's Senders tab. Reports by domain then read per client, and a pause on one client touches nothing else. Connect the client's own mailboxes, or yours, with SMTP and IMAP details.

Report from the same screen you work in
The dashboard shows sends, replies from people, interested and bounces for 7, 14, 30 or 90 days, with the previous period beside it. The campaigns table breaks that down per client. A screenshot of it is the weekly report.

Sort replies once, for everyone
Every mailbox feeds one place. Interested, not now, no, out of office and bounce each have their own pile. Hand the interested pile to the client each morning, or answer from the thread yourself.

Your checklist
- Add one mailbox group per client.
- Create a campaign per client and fill in its brief.
- Import that client's list under its own list name.
- Read one written letter before you press start.
- Send the interested pile to the client each morning.
