Sell meetings, and keep the machine visible

When you are paid on results, you need to see where a campaign is losing people, by client, by domain and by touch.

See which touch does the work

The campaign overview shows sends and replies per step. If the third touch earns more replies than the first, that tells you the opener is weak or the list needs time. Fix that step instead of the whole sequence.

Watch domains, not just mailboxes

The Domains view rolls every mailbox up by sending domain, with reply rate and bounce rate beside each. One weak domain shows up here long before it shows in the total.

Test one thing at a time

Put two prompts on one step and split by a weight you choose. The campaign shows letters, pass rate, replies and reply rate per variant. Keep the winner, then test the next thing.

Your checklist

  1. Name campaigns client first, so tables sort by client.
  2. Check Domains before Campaigns each morning.
  3. Run one split test per step at a time.
  4. Pause a domain with bulk actions, not by hand.
