Getting bigger

Grow from ten mailboxes to a thousand without losing track

Growth breaks two things: what you can see and what you can change at once. The console is built for both.

Work on groups, not rows

Every list has search, filters, sort, 25 to 250 rows per page, and bulk actions across everything that matches. Pause a domain, change a limit or set a signature across a whole group in one step.

Bulk actions apply to the selected rows or to every match.

Read the fleet at the domain level

At this size mailbox-level numbers are noise. The Domains view shows sends, capacity, reply rate and bounce rate per domain. Look for the outlier, not the average.

Move up when you need to

Packages cover 10, 100, 500 or 1,000 mailboxes, and any number above that. Billing shows how many you have connected against your package. Moving up is prorated and takes effect at once.

Your checklist

  1. Name domains so they sort usefully.
  2. Use groups for every campaign.
  3. Check Domains weekly.
  4. Move up before you hit the limit.
