You may use the service only for outreach you have a right to send.

You may not use purchased consumer lists, send to people who have opted out, hide who the message is from, or promote unlawful products or services.

Every message must carry a working way to opt out. You honor that opt-out. We may suspend the account for complaints or misuse.
